Summer Intern Introduction: Kirsten Labbé

Hello, all! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! We’re continuing with our intern introductions today, with our lovely counterpart in Boston!

Hi! My name is Kirsten Labbé and I am a part-time summer intern at RGI. Unlike Amanda and William, I am working from home in Boston, which means a lot of face time with the computer! I am a rising senior at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, studying Biopsychology with a neuropsychology emphasis. I am minoring in French. My work as an advocate for the organization Health Leads over the past three years has evoked an interest in public health and a particular compulsion towards patient-centered advocacy in the face of great adversity. As with Health Leads, I love the opportunity to play any small role in the blossoming of a great organization like RGI. My work with RGI will be more behind the scenes, but you may see my fingerprints on various team publications and patient materials. Who knows where the wind will take me after graduation, but you can bet that I’ll be pursuing the next great cultural exchange! I revel the opportunity to travel.

Make sure to follow Amanda’s updates on Facebook and Twitter to witness RGI transforming lives!
